An educator is any person licensed by a state department of education and includes school-based administration and education staff, such as principals, vice-principals, department heads, school librarians, and, school counselors, itinerant teachers, substitute teachers, educational psychologists, and speech therapists.

21^st century learning is using technology to create learning experiences that are real, rich and relevant and shift the learning power to the student themselves.
